Softurf Enterprises Private Limited (“Softurf”, “we”) looks after personal information collected on www.softurf.in. Questions and deletion requests go to privacy@softurf.in.

Quote requests

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, product interest, application area, and the message you write. We use that information to reply and to follow up on the enquiry. Sales usually responds the same working day on the number you give. We do not collect GSTIN or Aadhaar on this form.

We keep enquiry records while we handle the quote, and for a limited sales and accounts period after that. They are not used as a marketing list.

Cookies

We use cookies. Essential cookies let the site, the quote form, and your cookie choice work. Analytics and advertising measurement stay on until you press Reject or turn those purposes off and save. A saved refusal stops that measurement. You can change this any time in Cookie settings.

Analytics uses Google Analytics to see which pages are visited. Advertising measurement uses OpenAI to see which visits and quotes came from ads. We do not aim ads at children.

Where information is handled

Our sales team uses quote details to answer you. Google and OpenAI may process measurement data outside India. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings in the footer, or email privacy@softurf.in. You can ask what we hold about an enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it. Rejecting analytics and advertising does not stop us answering a quote you already sent.
